3mg Inc. built an entire workflow system for handling documents for editing and approval.

The system is role and skill based. Employees can only check out and review documents that they are capable of reviewing based on their role and skills.

Employees are notified via email when new documents are available for review. The workflow process involves two reviewers - the initial reviewer and Quality Assurance (QA) reviewer.

The system is written in Java Servlet/JSP Model 2 Architecture and is fully customizable.
