The site utilizes our workflow system to handle essay reviews.

Essays are uploaded to the site in Microsoft Word Format or other acceptable type (PDF, RTF, text). Once the customer has paid for the service, an email notification is sent to all the editors who are capable of editing the essay based on their role and skill.

An editor can then login to a special area of the site and "check out" the file for review. When they are finished, they "check in" the file and upload it back to the server. Another email notification will go out to Quality Assurance (QA) readers.

A QA person then checks out and checks in the file in the same way the initial editor did. When they check the file back in, it sends a notification to the customer that their essay is ready to be downloaded from the site.
