The application can be accessed via the web, Cell Phone (WAP), or PDA (pqa). Mechanics can view past work performed, elevator history, and knowledge support as well as order parts and tools and enter time sheets all from a mobile device. Office employees and customers also have a view into the system via the web in the form of an intranet and extranet.
